accident and emergency 31.5.2011

it starts out as a normal day for me in A & E department..but what really made this day outstanding is that when i was asked to do intricate procedure which is inserting a catheter tube to patient penis . it was to take urine sample from the patient as the patient could not urinate on himself .
as i was about to insert the tube(with some courage of course) then i insert the tube slowly and slowly...but still the urine could not go out..then i just insert the tube until the end....that uncle really hold his urine..then suddenly it burst out(the urine)..i wasn't really ready . all of his urine was already spilled around the bed and i was panicked . i also almost vomit at that moment...then i rushed to the procedure room to get cleaned and let my friends to clean all the mess..pheww . that was really close . if not it will spurt to my face(ewwww) .

p/s:it was my first time doing that and i'm doing it without gown and facemask... new experience
     the moral of the story please wear mask and gown...
